Employees of the University receive a personalized SZE Employee Card with a photo free of charge.

Card application procedure:

• Registration: New employees are registered in the university address book system by the staff of the HR Department.
• Card production: The SZE Employee Card is a photo ID, so the process takes a few minutes to complete in person, including registration and card printing. You will need to present your ID card and provide your employee number. Personal registration at the Student Information and Service Center counter (ÚT-106. / AKIK tér).

Card replacement procedure:

If you already have/had an employee card, but it has been lost, damaged, or your name has changed, you can replace it as follows:

• Lost or damaged: If your card is lost or damaged, we can replace it for 3500 HUF. You can pay this fee in person at the Student Information and Service Center (AKIK tér / ÚT-106) at the same time as the card is being made.
• Name change: If you request a card due to a name change, we will replace it free of charge in person at the Student Information and Service Center. (AKIK tér - ÚT-106)

Services available with the SZE Employee Card:

• Free registration at the University Library, where you can borrow and use the library terminals in accordance with the library rules during the registration period assigned to the card.
• Access to rooms managed by the access control system, provided that you have requested and received access authorization from the head of the organizational unit supervising the room in advance.
• Use of automatic photocopiers and printers in the University Library, provided that you have topped up your card with the required amount in advance.
• Use of parking services: parkolas.sze.hu
• Obtaining a sports card if you wish to take advantage of the university's sports facilities.
