Students enrolled at the University can apply for a SZE University card, which can be used for both manual and electronic identification.

It is important to note that the fee of HUF 2,000 for the first card will be charged in the NEPTUN system!

First University card - personal administration options:

During the semester and exam period, University cards can be registered and other card-related matters can be dealt with at the following locations:

• On weekdays at the Student Information and Service Center "Kisház" during opening hours.

On Friday afternoons and Saturdays at the library during opening hours, ONLY FOR CORRESPONDENCE STUDENTS!

Replacement of University card:

• a replacement may be required for several reasons: loss of card, breakage, change of name
• replacement fee: 3500 Ft
• in case of a name change, the replacement is free of charge!
• in case of a technical malfunction of the card (chip error), the replacement is also free of charge!
• the replacement fee can be paid via the Neptun system by itemized payment at the Student Information and Service Center counter (AKIK tér).

Services available with the University Card:

1. You can register at the University Library free of charge, borrow books and use the library terminals in accordance with the library rules during the registration period assigned to your card.  The University Library is equipped with a security access system, so a student card is required to enter the library.
2. This is the only way to access the dormitory buildings, even if you are registered as a guest.
3. You can enter rooms within the university buildings that are controlled by the access control system if you have requested and received access authorization from the head of the organizational unit supervising the room in advance.

5. Obtaining a sports card if you are participating in extracurricular physical education or are taking physical education courses.
